The wellness area is amazing, relaxing and great. The sauna area offers a variety of options. The shuttle to the ski area is efficient and comfortable. The rooms are clean and great.

for 10 year now I have been using this accomodation whenever I have the possibility. It is really a comfortable and nice one. The personnel is really kind, and the food and wines are spectacular! I can only recommend it!

The hotel is a short and pleasant walk from downtown Brunico. The building is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The staff are superb! It is family run and everyone is extremely helpful. The restaurant is excellent - we had dinner there twice. Very good wine list with excellent local wines at good prices.

Had a fantastic New Year break at a cozy hotel with a unique ambience. The hotel's location allowed us to enjoy both peaceful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. Loved the delicious food and the excellent service provided by the very warm and friendly staff. The icing on the cake was the free shuttle service to the ski resort, which was very convenient.

Although everything was lovely and enjoyable, the hotel's prices were slightly high, and some added amenities like robes and slippers were charged. Nonetheless, we still had a great time there and would recommend it to friends.

Attractive Tyrolean decor and ambiance. Very friendly and obliging staff who spoke several languages. Lovely dinner. Very clean and spacious room. Large car park. Peaceful stay

The towels were rather thin and the bed VERY firm. We arrived tired and hungry at 2.30pm in a thunderstorm to be told that the kitchen was closed and they could not provide even a packet of crisps

Nestled in a charming residential area in the mountains, we found a quaint and cozy hotel. the delicious food at the nearby pizzeria was just a few seconds walk away. Our room was spacious, tidy, and featured plenty of storage. Our bathroom was spotless, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was generous. the spa and sauna were great amenities to relax in after a day of activities.

The pillows were a little too soft for our liking.

We had a fantastic time staying at this place! Everything was amazing. The location was perfect, with many hiking trails nearby, and there was even a delicious Pizzeria just a few seconds walk away. The service was excellent, with helpful staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of. The facilities were top-notch, including the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and sauna area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of activities. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, as it exceeded all our expectations.

Spent Easter at a cozy hotel in a beautiful Alpine setting. Loved the spacious and spotless rooms, as well as the friendly staff always ready to help. the buffet breakfast was abundant and varied, and the on-site spa with sauna and hammam was a real treat after a long day of walking around. the free shuttles to the nearby slopes were a huge bonus.

The hotel was rather secluded, requiring a long walk to get to the town center. it was a bit tricky to get to without a car, and public transportation was not easily accessible.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the lobby with its bar and restaurant area. The free breakfast was good, and I enjoyed spending time at the nice pool and garden. the transportation was very convenient, especially since there was a Pizzeria just a few seconds walk away which served delicious food. The location in the residential area of Stegen was great too, as it was close enough to walk down the historic centre of this city.
